Pizza Scrambler

This is one of our family favorites!! It's so YUMMY! It might look a little scary from the picture, but it's not. We all love it, which doesn't happen too often. And to top it off, it's really easy to make. Here's how:

Get frozen rhodes rolls (from your local grocer) and thaw.
Then, smash two rolls together.
Top with your favorite pizza toppings.
We use:
pepperoni
ham
peppers
onions
cheese
olives
Then (this sounds tricky, but it's not) sort of wrap the rolls up so that all the toppings are inside and then you kind of chop it all together with a knife. It looks really messy, but it works.
Bake in the oven at 350 for about 15-20 minutes.
Then, ENJOY!!

My kids also love this because they get to build their own scrambler. You can also dip it in ranch dressing or pizza sauce.
