Texas: Cowgirl Museum

We took the kids to the Cowgirl Museum for one of their field trips. They had a lot of fun. I think one of their favorite parts was the room where they got to play. They had clothes to dress up in, horses to "ride", coloring pages, a teepee, a campfire with a soup pot so you could "cook", and many other neat things.

Like I've said before S really loves to dress-up. He thought the cowboy clothes were soooooo cool, and he looked absolutely adorable in them. We might have to get him a pair of cowboy boots because he loved them so much.

We watched a short film on the history of cowgirls, and then walked through the remainder of the museum. They liked looking at all the different styles of cowboy and cowgirl clothing. It was very fun for all of them.

Wow, S looks so handsome in that last photo. Frame worthy for sure!
