Pumpkin Crunch

Last night we had some friends over for dessert and games. We played Wizard, which is one of our favorites, and we ate Pumpkin Crunch. My sister Anna gave me this recipe a long time ago, and it is so YUMMY!! Now that Fall is here, it's the perfect time for this dessert.

1 lg. can pumpkin
1 yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 can evaporated milk
2 cubes butter, melted
nuts (optional)
cool whip

Mix together pumpkin, eggs, sugar, cinnamon and milk. Pou into a 9x13 cake pan. Sprinkle yellow cake mix on top. Sprinkle nuts if desired. Spoon melted butter over entire cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr. Let cool completely. Top with cool whip & enjoy!
