We went and got some fresh veggies from our friends' garden. He had SO much and said for us to take what we need. I got tomatoes, onions, green peppers, sweet peppers, zuchinni, cucumbers, lemon cucumbers, carrots, and turnips. He has an amazing garden and it was so nice of him to share. I offered to pay him, but he wouldn't accept. When I got home I made some yummy fresh pico de gallo. Tomorrow I need to make zuchinni bread, lots of zuchinni bread! I love fresh veggies right from the garden. So delicious!

Enjoy using all the zucchini--you can do so much with it. I love zucchini bread.
I too love zucchini bread...so much we ate all 5 loaves in like a weeks time.
We really should plan an outing for us and the rest of the "davies" clan. It would be fun to get together!

Oh yum! I wish we had more tomatoes ready. We've only harvested two so far... and peppers have cucumbers growing on top of them so we aren't having much luck there either. Zucchini though... we have had so many zucchini creations the past few weeks! YUM!
I just made zucchini bread with this way yummy recipe I found. I love it! It was gone in about 2 days...because I'm a pig and I have no self control.

I love PICO! I use it on everything! It's my favorite to use as a salad dressing though!
