Flooded cellar that needs a sump pump installed, and we have to keep sucking the water out so that the water level doesn't get too high and burn out our pilot light on our water heater.

A car port that is collapsing and we can't park under it anymore because we don't want it to crash on our car and ruin it

Yes I know what you mean about everything being broken... I think within the first year of living at our house in Spanish fork we replaced windows, a roof, a flooded basement, and had to get a new vacuum! Aaah, the joys of home ownership! I'd offer my services but we don't have any... we stink at any type of home repair... although we are better than we use to be!
It will make you STRONGER! It sucks, it does! I feel so bad for you guys; it all has to happen all at once!
