Not One

So, I've been dieting and working out faithfully for about 2 1/2 weeks. And, I haven't lost one pound. NOT ONE! What is up with that? I hate it. I hate it.

Maybe you're gaining muscle which weighs more ?

Whoa, I promise you're doing so super!! Most people gain weight before they lose because the body goes into "storage" mode. Keep up the super work and COME TO SPIN!! Promise, Promise with sweet'n'low on top you'll love it!!

So, I guess the important question here is, are you feeling better? We have to find joy in the journey or whatever goal we may be trying to reach will just feel like torture. Have you tried zumba?
